How do I request an estimate for my project?

Email alchemymanager@yahoo.com with your project photos (front, side, and back views) to request a free estimate.

Can I provide my own fabric?

No, we do not use Customer Own Materials. We sell/provide the fabrics for all our projects. See our Fabrics section to see the fabrics we create with.

Do you sell/provide new foam/Dacron replacements?

Yes, not all projects need reupholstery. Many times the foam has given up before the fabric has. We sell/provide, custom foam/Dacron services. Email us at alchemymanager@yahoo.com to request an estimate.

What are my payment options?

We accept cash, personal check, credit card, bank card or PayPal as forms of payment.

We provide a 3 part payment plan and can create custom payment plans to meet your budget needs.

What's the lead time?

Average lead time from the time of project pickup to project delivery is 4 weeks.

We book projects 3 months in advance and schedule based on a first come first serve policy.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

YES and YES! Both are free to clients who live within 20 miles from our location of Millersville, PA 17551 .

Any client who lives 21 miles or more from our location in PA there is a fee for pickup and delivery. Email us at alchemymanager@yahoo.com to ask for rates or how you may have the travel fee waived.

OUT OF STATE clients must bring all projects to our Millersville workroom. We do not pickup or delivery outside of PA.
