STAGE 2: EXPLORING (THE DEMO)
DEMO, SPRING REPAIRS, NEW FOAM, NEW FILLERS?
DOES YOUR PROJECT REQUIRE CHANGE/NEW FOAM/FILLERS? ARE REPAIRS OF JOINTS NEEDED? NEW SPRINGS REQUIRED OR RETIED? WAS OLD FABRIC LEFT ON FROM PRIOR REUPHOLSTERY?
I will do my best to have these questions answered during our CHAT. But sometimes these detailed questions can only be answered once the project begins the FULL DEMO process. I can provide you possible costs for dealing with these concerns during our CHAT to ease your mindset for budget. Any ADDED/NEW material cost will be asked to be paid upfront to continue with the project or other arrangements will be made by ALCHEMY and client. The delivery date will be extended to allow for new materials to be ordered and added labor hours (normally this adds 2 weeks to the projected expected delivery time). It is my goal during our CHAT to hear your story in full thus, I can provide you the best service and project cost details to alleviate any major surprises. We are a family owned business and thus we treat all our clients like family so we are open to be creative to address any last minute design/budget concerns.
NOTES: PA Sales Tax of 6% is applied to ALL projects (PA and OUT OF STATE CLIENTS), Free pickup/delivery to Lancaster County Residents ONLY, all other PA clients will be charged a transportation fee based on distance. ALL OUT OF STATE CLIENTS will have FABRIC DESIGN CHAT and pickup/delivery of projects from our ALCHEMY vendor booth located at the OLDE BRICK HOUSE SHOPPES, 711 Rohrerstown Road, Lancaster, PA 17603 near Route 30 highway exit. Turnaround time for each project is 4 to 6 weeks based on time of pickup and size of project.

DELIVERING YOUR FINISHED PROJECT
It is our goal to to ensure that every client's story is heard and that the ALCHEMY experience bring them JOY upon the arrival of their finished project. As we like to say "ENJOYING IT" is the final stage of the process of becoming a New Creation. Every project is quality checked prior to delivery to make sure we have met every detail of the project invoice and we also go the extra mile and provide you with complimentary dusting and polishing of all wood details using Old English polish (unless otherwise noted on invoice). We also install new furniture foot pads when needed to make sure all things are balanced and standing on a strong foundation.
