Matthew: 25:35: For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.
It is our honor to serve as volunteer staff for Ministry Minjah Elohim. My husband Alexis and I have been serving as volunteers and financial sponsors of this ministry for over 4 years because of our heart's desire to be Changemakers through the word of God.
The Great Commission directs us to take action; to share the gospel of God. You can share the gospel by volunteering to help make positive changes in our world both domestically at home or internationally. Ministry Minjah Elohim is focused on empowering and encouraging women, children and youth in Ecuador and Guatemala. The ministry has an active food program in Ecuador that feeds over 80 some children daily. The ministry also provides clothing to women and youth abandoned by their family in a special housing program in Ecuador. The ministry also provides monthly financial support to 7 orphaned children in Guatemala through a children's care program.
Alexis was born in Puerto Rico and I was born in Peru. Both of us have lived through adversity before we found our ALCHEMY (transformation) in the USA. ALCHEMY, our family business, provides us the monies to continue to financially support ministries like this one. God's word provides us the blessing, through our prayer life, to LIVE CHRIST CENTERED as positive Changemakers in our community. Join us in praying for positive spiritual change in these countries and for the world.

What change do you want to see? Start from within by reading the WORD OF GOD, the bible. Then when you are ready make a mindful decision to take action. THE GREAT COMMISSION is for EVERYONE! We are all ONE COMMUNITY.
MISSIONS TRIP TO ECUADOR 2018
Lord, hear our prayers! My husband Alexis and I ask you to keep us in your prayers as we begin to plan the financial details that would allow us to participate in a mission trip to Ecuador in November 2018 with Ministry Minjah Elohim. We have been asked by the founder, Isabel Figueroa, to join her this year in her annual mission trip to Ecuador. The idea behind us going on this trip is for my husband and I to help by sharing our GIFTS AND TALENTS with the children and adults being sponsored by MME. This is a new chapter of MME ministry to develop a classroom/education opportunity to learn a trade that will be used for empowerment out of poverty. My husband plans to teach Barber Shop classes and I plan to teach Crafting/Sewing Classes. This will be a 10 day missions trip from late November to early December 2018. As you can imagine this will be a huge blessing but will also require a huge financial investment by our family. We are looking to raise enough funds to cover our travel expenses, to allow us to provide generous donations for the purchase of supplies and tools needed to run the classes; sewing machines and barber shop tools will stay onsite after we leave to keep the classes running, plus help us pay for a doggie kennel for our 2 Pitbulls while we are away.
HOW YOU CAN HELP? Click on any item from the list below for more details. Also you may email me Sandra at firstname.lastname@example.org with any of your questions to learn more about the Ecuador Missions Trip 2018 organized by Ministry Minjah Elohim.
We thank you for reading our blog and keeping us in your prayers.
Many blessings to you and your family.
God is good AT ALL TIMES... we put our FAITH IN HIM!

UPDATED: October 29, 2018 Due to the unexpected lose of our beloved church pastor my husband, as co-pastor, has taken on more church duties/responsibilities until a new full time pastor is appointed in 2019. Because of these changes we will not be able to participate in the missions trip to Ecuador with the MME scheduled for this November 30, 2018. But we will still be supplying goods/donations for this trip. Thank you to everyone who donated to this cause and for the many prayers of support in this season of loss and transition in our church family.
Blessings, Sandra and Alexis Roman
